An exceptional crinoid (Balanocrinus sp.) and brittlestar (Palaeocoma sp.) cluster from Eype, Dorset on the Jurassic Coast. This busy piece represents a remarkable moment in time - a catastrophic event that trapped and buried countless creatures on the seafloor. From an old collection, fossils of this quality are seldom found at this locality and even fewer are offered for sale on the open market.
