A cut and polished Aegasteroceras sp. pair from Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. Fossils from this locality are incredibly sought after. The ammonite has been polished to a reflective finish, highlighting the beautiful white and yellow calcite present in these fossils.
Age: Lower Jurassic, approximately 195 million years old.
