Cut and polished Promicroceras sp. and Asteroceras sp. cluster - Marston Magna, Somerset

A beautiful cut and polished block of Marston Marble, packed full of Promicroceras sp. and Asteroceras sp. ammonites, from Marston Magna in Somerset. The block has been polished to a highly reflective finish, highlighting the beautiful yellow and orange calcite within these ammonites. 

Age: Lower Jurassic, approximately 195 million years old.
